Before School and After School Childcare
The school runs the ‘Runway’ Breakfast and After School Club to provide wrap around childcare from 7.45am to 8.35am and 3.25pm to 5.45pm. The Runway Club is held in Lightning Class and parents can drop off and collect children from the gate at the bottom of the staff carpark.
We have a fantastic team of staff who are experienced, qualified and are all committed to ensuring that the children are cared for – their needs and safety are our first priority. We offer a range of activities, which are fun and suitable for various ages.
Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club runs from 7.45am until 8.35am each morning. Sessions currently cost £3.50 per day which includes a healthy breakfast.
After School Club
Our After School Club runs from 3.25pm until 5.45pm each afternoon. Sessions currently cost £7.50 per day which includes a snack.
If you wish to register with us, please read through our Club Policy. Bookings can be made via the Arbor app / parent portal. Payment needs to be made in advance of bookings.
Paying using Tax Free Childcare of Childcare Vouchers
We are able to accept Childcare vouchers and tax free childcare payments towards the cost of places at The Runway Club. We accept the following Childcare vouchers:

If your childcare voucher provider is not listed please contact the school office.
If you would like to pay using childcare vouchers or tax free childcare you will need to contact the school office, so your child’s account can be set up correctly. Please can you also provide details of either your childcare voucher provider or your tax free childcare reference. Regular payments need to be made to ensure your account remains in credit.
If you are paying using childcare vouchers, please ensure you include the reference CoveJS. Once you have made a payment please email runway@cove-jun.hants.sch.uk with details of the date and amount of payment to ensure the sum is allocated to your child’s Scopay account.
